[Acm] Some good spaces for supercomputer

Hi all -

I believe that I have found some good spaces for our Supercomputer Control Center. On the second floor of Lowenstein, there are some offices on the Lounge. One of the offices is the Commuter Student Services which would be perfect, since we largely do our work on weekends and evenings, when there is no one in the office. Perhaps we can propose that we take half of the office, and pay them rent each month for use of the space.

Some other good places that we might look into are:
 - The Office of Disability Services on the same floor as the Commuter Students office
 - There seems to be a nice space near McMahon Hall; I think it is an art space of some sort. I was thinking we could take a corner of it and build out some walls to protect our equipment. As you are walking down towards McMahon, it is on the right near the Coke machine and the copy machine. I think it is near Franny's Space; you can see art hanging on the walls from the hallway. I will swing by at some point to see the exact room number.
 - Along the same hallway, there is a loading dock area with pink doors that looked like it had some interesting areas. I will look into those as well.
 - Any art or dance areas in Lowenstein would be ideal to carve out some space for our equipment, since they seem to have a lot of nice spaces that could afford to spare a corner (or two) for our equipment.
 - Does anyone know about the performance space near the Bookstore? I seem to remember that there is something there.

If we do well at the Austin Supercomputer Conference in the Fall and bring in some money, it would strengthen our hand if we need to take over a dance/art space - or perhaps two. (8-)

Cheers -
Matt
